Led web ordering improvements. After launch, order conversion rose 22% across the top 10 markets. In a separate eight-market rollout, location-flow conversion rose 18%, with an estimated €480k in additional monthly revenue.
Designed in-product chat support. Post-launch, one-month retention among customers contacting support rose from 16% to 64%, alongside six-figure monthly support-cost savings.
Turned corporate ordering and certificates into self-service products, growing retention from 4% to 28% and certificate orders 66% YoY.
